Monadnock Division
Bombers
This team has a solid starting line-up to complete, but with no picks in the first two rounds they lack the depth to go far in the playoffs and will fade away from contention.
Edge
With three first round rookie draft picks having a good chance in the weakest division in the league if 2nd round rookie RB Jenkins comes through, but this is a very young team that looks to be a year away with QB Maye or Ward.
Ryders
Burrow will keep them in the hunt with RB Jacobs and strong Wide Receivers, but lack of running back depth will hurt this time unless they can work out a trade to upgrade the position.
Seahorses
Drafting two players named Jaylen in the first round was odd, but the only exciting thing about their weak draft class, but TE Kittle and a great trade for WR Nabers will keep them close.
Sugarloaf Division
Bad Company
A solid starting lineup and strong depth at RB will keep them in the race, but they need one of those rookie WR’s to take off or they will need to make a major move to make it out of the first round of the playoffs.
Hurricanes
The defending champs have the best starting lineup but will need to trade for depth as the bye weeks come. Everyone hopes their season goes like the draft, when Web had a first-round pick, but showed up an hour late without breakfast or at least coffee!
River Rats
A top QB in Hurts and solid wide receivers, but little else will have this team fighting for the top pick next year
Staggerers
If they can get good production from the QB position then this is the team to beat, but everyone has been waiting for years for Murry to step up, but maybe Michael Penix will become a top QB.
Western Conference
Greylock Division
Fruit Loops
With the first pick in the draft this year and getting free agent Josh Allen to lead this strong starting line-up this team will be in the hunt all year and should be able at least be a wild card team.
Gasmasters
A solid starting line-up, but question at the QB position, as Stroud or Young need to show improvement or this team will faulter and be in line for the draft lottery next year.
Jammers
If QB Lawrence finally stays healthy or if McCarthy is the real deal this team can make it into the playoffs with a solid starting line-up, but they are an injury away from last place. Already armed with an extra 1st round pick next year, I expect this team to be very active in the trade market.
Silver Cats
With only one pick in the first 5 rounds, this team is weak at running back and has aging wide receivers, but the QB is Lamar Jackson, so are never totally out of it, but expecting him to throw 2 TDs each week to Andrews is a dream that not happening.
Hogback Division
Bovine
Last year’s Western Conference winner kept FA running back Barkley with rookie sensations, QB Daniels and TE Bowers to lead offense to go with their top defense, but poor drafting at the wide receiver position is a top concern that may keep them out of the 2nd round in this year’s playoffs.
Chudsters
If this team gets any production from the quarterback position, they will easily win this division as they are solid in all other positions, but it is a big if Fields or Williams can get it done. If either takes the next step, then this team should be a tough team to face each week.
Greenbacks
If their aging running backs hold up they have a chance, but spending so much money on free agent McCaffery could come back to haunt this team, as they will end up being in the draft lottery next year if he misses any time.
Titans
Led by QB Goff and little else this team is heading for a fight for the number 1 pick next year, as the starting lineup is weak. They do have some expiring contracts and solid wide receivers to trade for extra picks next year to build for the future.
