2025 Trade Deadline

At the halfway point…In the Eastern Conference

It’s time to see how the Division races are going after seven weeks.

Monadnock Division

There is a three-way tie for the division lean at 4-3, with the Ryders only a game behind with strong play from QB Jackson and their wide receivers, but a poor defense and relying on RB McCoy will be hard for this team to stay with the Edge and Seahorses, who both have been very active in the trade market. Expect to see them both pull away from the Bombers in the coming weeks as they head towards their week 12 game that just may decide the Division winner.  The Ryders need to closely review their current situation to decide are they buyers or sellers in the coming week.

Sugarloaf Division

High scoring Bad Company are off to a 6-1 start, behind QB Wilson and strong wide receiver play, with an early season trade for WR Thomas well worth next year’s first round pick.  The always active Hurricanes are on the phones looking for help, as they fade back two games into a tie with the Staggerers, who have made it clear they are sticking with their current roster and not adding payroll.  The coming weeks will show us who is going to step up and challenge for the division.  The River Rats who last year at this time had a two-game lead in this division before fading are already moving players as they are in full rebuilding mode now and front office or coaching changes are expected.
